Because I have come to realise how powerful words are, I tend to not put too much energy behind what I hear people say especially when it doesn't align with what I believe. I'm looking forward to a long healthy life and wouldn't wish to shorten it prematurely.

I've revisited my goals and am more specific than ever (check out why); moreover, I am unapologetic. I refuse to apologise because our desires have been placed in us for a reason and my love of food, travel, freedom, tranquility and a hot body amongst other things have not gone anywhere so I have embraced all of them after much struggle and trying to ignore them for one reason or the other (what people would say, wanting 'too much', not having enough money to travel, not wanting to 'send the wrong message'...)

You are probably afraid of what people would say or how they would view you; plus, there are people starving in the world; people who are homeless; sick or at war.
