The Result Of Having It
Occasionally, I give in to that pesky little sugar craving knowing very well the outcome which I'll share with you a little later. I'm not totally sure what happens when YOU give in to your little voice that says: "Have some!" which is usually followed by "Have a little more" and then, after about five minutes, you realise you've consumed the entire thing when you initially intended to just have "a little bit or a little piece"
I feel dehydrated, experience a warm tingling sensation at the back of my neck and if I really, really go overboard, the occasional breakout will appear and the worst part is: I'll feel super guilty about the whole sugar thing and beat myself up over it.
