Whatever may be said in praise of poverty, the fact remains that it is not possible to live a really complete or successful life unless one is rich. No one can rise to his possible greatest height in talent or soul development unless he has plenty of money. Wallace D. Wattles
Is Your Money Story Really Yours?
Having to take a closer look at my money story has certainly confirmed that many chapters in my story are certainly not mine. The beliefs on which the chapters of my money story are grounded, stemmed from things that I've heard and or been told by well meaning family, friends, church members and acquaintances when I was much younger.
These quietly crept into my subconscious and are controlling not only what I do but what I don't do and ultimately my outcome. As they say, the most important thing is to know. I am now very much aware and am in the process of rewriting this story.
Money Story Paradigm
I'm not sure about you, but I heard all of the above at one time or another and some more frequently than others.
Reflect on your money story for a bit and then be honest with yourself; are these kinds of beliefs running your money story?
